Terms of Use for LitexMedia, Ltd. Products

Introduction

Thank you for choosing software products by LitexMedia, Ltd. ("LitexMedia"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our software products, including Protected Music Converter, All to MP3 Converter, YouTube Video Grabber, Fast Audio Converter, Free WMA to MP3 Changer, Advanced WMA Workshop, Fast CD Ripper, and Audio Conversion Wizard (collectively, the "Products"). By downloading, installing, or using any of the Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

License Grant

LitexMedia, Ltd. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Products for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the limitations set forth herein.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Modify, translate, adapt, or otherwise create derivative works or improvements of the Products.
• Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, decode, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Products.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, assign, distribute, publish, transfer, or otherwise make available the Products, or any features or functionality of the Products, to any third party for any reason, without the prior written consent of LitexMedia.

Intellectual Property

The Products and all related intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, are owned by LitexMedia, Ltd. or its licensors. Your use of the Products does not grant you any ownership rights in the Products or the intellectual property rights therein.

User Obligations

Upon requesting a refund, you are required to delete the original email containing the registration key and uninstall the Products from your device to ensure the software is no longer in use.

Termination

LitexMedia, Ltd. may terminate this license at any time if you fail to comply with these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Products and delete all copies from your devices.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Products are provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. LitexMedia, Ltd. does not warrant that the Products will meet your requirements or that operation of the Products will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

LitexMedia, Ltd. shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Products, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

General

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and LitexMedia, Ltd. concerning the Products and supersede all prior agreements and understandings. LitexMedia reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
